What does it take to be a sponsor?
In addition to the sponsorship fee, we request that each sponsor provide a range of products at the Style Lounge to adequately showcase your line. To keep your out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum, we suggest a "tiered giving" strategy. This should include:
- 75 VIP pieces for targeted actors, musicians, TV personalities, musicians and other celebrities (Please note: these numbers are negotiable for fine jewelry, electronics, and other luxury items). These pieces should be your trademark products (or bundles of product) that you would like to be photographed and serve as representation for your company.
- 100 + promotional pieces to distribute to elite media, store buyers, TV, movie, and celebrity stylists. These can range from a smaller, less expensive item with the company logo on them (i.e. a t-shirt, key chain, water bottle) to a limited edition (yet inexpensive) piece created specifically for The Style Lounge.
- 15 VIP pieces for our "editor teaser" baskets. Prior to the event, these items will be distributed to various magazine editors to help them plan editorial coverage of The Style Lounge. The VIP items will be included in promotional gift bag giveaways "for one lucky reader" of a various magazine.
- KFPR will provide each sponsor with a PR Timeline, guest attendance update, media update and other cross promotion opportunities pre event.
We will provide public relations services or consult with your PR team regarding your company's involvement in the Style Lounge. This includes pre-press, distributing press releases, post press and follow up materials such as celebrity attendees, media attendees, media clippings, etc...
